3. Purchase products
3.1. Accept orders
3.1.1. All information on the website is only an invitation to offer, not an offer or unilateral contract. You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in the order ("Products") from us in accordance with the terms and conditions. All orders you submit must be accepted by us. We may decide not to accept your order at our own discretion, for any reason, and shall not be liable to you unless we are not permitted by law to do so. We may not accept your order as follows:

3.2.1. All product prices on the website are product prices. These prices include any payable value-added tax or other sales tax. If the displayed price does not fully include any tariffs or taxes, we will do our best to notify you, but please refer to section C 3.2.4 below. 3.2.2. We strive to ensure that all pricing information on the website is correct and error free. But occasionally errors may occur, and the product may be labeled with the wrong price. If the correct price of the product is lower than the price indicated on the website, we will charge a lower amount and send the product to you, but we have the right to refuse the order. If the correct price of the product is higher than the price indicated on the website, we will contact you at our own discretion to inquire if you wish to continue ordering or cancel the order at the correct price and notify you of the cancellation. We have no obligation to provide products at the wrong price. If we have received a prepayment due to incorrect pricing information, and if the product has not been shipped yet, we will refund the amount received as soon as possible.

3.3.5. We are not responsible for any fees or other amounts charged by your issuing institution, bank, or payment method provider when we process your credit/debit card payments or other payment methods based on your order, or due to the product seller being located in the UK.
3.3.6. If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in GBP, USD or RMB, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. The final price is calculated and charged by your issuing institution, bank, or payment method provider. Therefore, if your issuing institution or payment method provider charges you in a currency other than GBP, USD, or RMB, we will not be responsible for any costs, fees, charges, or other liabilities incurred or suffered by you.
3.5. Delivery, Ownership, and Risk
3.5.1. We currently do not have the capability to deliver products, but our delivery partners will do so. The order will be sent to the shipping address you provided in the order. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, neither we nor our delivery partners are responsible. Please note that our delivery partners do not deliver to post office boxes. Please note that the locations where our delivery partners can deliver products purchased from the website may be restricted. Delivery restrictions will be clearly indicated on individual product pages.
3.5.2. If we accept your order, we will process it and our delivery partner will do their best to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery time specified in the delivery information here or the time specified in the checkout process when you submit your order. Specific addresses in the countries/regions where we deliver may be subject to restrictions or exclusions. These restrictions may change from time to time. We will do our best to inform you of such restrictions, but we may not be able to notify you until we receive your order. Orders received after any specified 'deadline' or 'last order' time, or orders received on non working days (i.e. any day when Scottish banks are open for business, except for Saturdays or Sundays, which will be processed on the next working day). Unless otherwise specified, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the date of order processing.
If our delivery partner fails to deliver your order in a timely manner according to the estimated delivery time of your delivery destination and selected delivery method, your only remedy is to cancel the relevant order and receive a full refund of any payment made to us for that order.
3.5.3. The ownership of the product will be transferred to you on the following dates:-
(a) The date on which we receive full payment for this type of product; as well as
(b) Our delivery partner will deliver this type of product to your designated address on your behalf on the date and time.
3.5.4. (a) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) below, once our delivery partner delivers the product on your behalf, all risks of product damage or loss will be transferred to you. However, before our delivery partner delivers the product to you, we will take certain measures to protect you.
3.5.5. We have the right to supply products in batches, and each batch of products shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract with us, and we have the right to supply only a portion of the order.
3.5.6. As part of the ordering process, you will sign a goods supply contract with Light luxury bag and a separate delivery service contract with our delivery partner. The payment you should make to our delivery partner will be collected by the Light luxury bag and transferred to our delivery partner on your behalf. After placing an order, you will receive various emails and paper documents related to your order. For each email and any other similar email or paper document, please note that references to shipping, handling, and any other similar terms are related to the services provided by our delivery partners. For ease of management, you will not receive separate files or email confirmations from the Light luxury bag.
3.5.7. If the product is subsequently imported into a country other than the country where our delivery partner delivers the product, you are responsible for complying with all local import requirements, laws, regulations, and rules and paying all applicable import taxes and duties.

3.6.3. Please note that due to the nature of personalized or letter printed items, we do not accept returns, changes, or cancellations. This will not affect your legal rights. We recommend a longer processing time for all personalized orders, 3 days for handbags and accessories, and 7 days for cashmere. This time is not included in our standard delivery time. Personalized orders do not provide express delivery services.

This is a summary of your primary legal rights. These rights are subject to certain exceptions. For detailed information, if your product is a commodity, such as a wallet or handbag, the 2015 Consumer Rights Act stipulates that the commodity must match the description, be suitable for the purpose, and have satisfactory quality. 3.7.1. If the product you ordered has a minimum age requirement, ordering the product confirms that you have reached the required age. If we have reason to believe that you are not legally qualified to order the product, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

First time customers can enjoy a 10% discount on their first full price order and subscribe to our newsletter. This welcome offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. It is only applicable to full price items and your first order. To receive this discount, a valid email address must be provided. Our universal welcome discount is no longer valid.
3.8.2 Viewing Discount Codes
The discount code offer for this review has ended and the deadline is February 27, 2024. This unique discount code is only applicable for full price purchases and requires online order review to be completed by February 27, 2024 (sent only on eligible orders). This unique code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. It is only applicable for full price purchases and not for promotional or discounted items.

4.3.2. Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Light luxury bag waives and excludes all other terms, conditions, and warranties relating to the products and services, whether express, implied, or otherwise, arising from any prior course of dealing, use, or trade practice.
4.4. Limitation of Liability
4.4.1 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) Fraud or fraudulent false statements; (iii) According to Article 2 (3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; Or (iv) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
4.4.2. We shall not be liable for any circumstances arising from or related to this clause, whether in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence or breach of statutory obligations), or any other circumstances
(a) Economic losses (including but not limited to loss of income, earnings, data, actual or expected profits, contracts, business, opportunities, or expected savings); or
(b) Goodwill or reputation loss; or
(c) Any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with these terms.
4.4.3. According to these terms of the Light luxury bag, the cumulative liability arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of legal obligations, or other reasons shall not exceed 100% of the price of the product ordered from the Light luxury bag under any circumstances.
